It has been noted that some articles have been posted in local public website against David Xia and some individuals of us have received mail with the same content from an unidentified individual.
On behalf of the management team, I would like to clarify the following:
1) It is Against Public Ethics Standards
The contents of the mail and the way it is distributed have violated public ethics standards. It is absolutely what the Company does not want to see. The writer has shown no respect to David for his leadership & professional efforts demontrated with Suzhou Factory operation and closure. The writer has even employed a number of dirty & disgraceful words in addressing to the public. More importantly, without the Company authorization and legal authority approval, some unverified information has been spreaded by the writer publically. It is absolutely unappropriate.
2) Major Discrepancy in Facts
There are major discrepancy between what is stated with the mail and the information the Company has possessed about David. The writer is hereby reminded to double check the credibility of the information source and the information itself. The management is impressed that David as a business leader has been highly appreciated by Suzhou Factory employees. Should the writer have any further tangible inputs, he may feel free to contact us, as the management team (as well as David) would like the things verified and clarified, so as to avoid misunderstanding and rumors.
3) Right Approach Is Recommended
We do not want to see any attack based on no tangible ground against our employees including David. Employees reputation and specially managers one is a Company asset which deserves company full protection. However we need to clarify - we do not mean to defend - any misconduct with our employees including David. Each employee is expected to behave at the highest standard of ethics. The feedback of all shareholders, customers, governmental bodies, and employees are much welcome.
